4. Consulting and Advisory Engagements

All consulting, advisory, and coaching engagements are governed by Althea Ra Consulting Corp’s Client Engagement & Advisory Terms. These terms outline scope, fees, intellectual property rights, and engagement boundaries. Purchase of such services constitutes agreement to those terms. Website design and implementation, digital presence builds, systems and workflow implementation, digital asset production, and other engagements in which Althea Ra Consulting Corp produces a defined deliverable are governed instead by the Althea Ra Consulting Corp. Project & Implementation Terms, together with the applicable proposal or statement of work, and purchase of or payment for such work constitutes agreement to those terms and to that proposal or statement of work. Where a single engagement includes both advisory work and defined-deliverable work, the applicable proposal or statement of work states which portions are governed by which document. These Terms of Use do not themselves govern any paid engagement.

5. Government and SBA Engagements

Government or SBA-related engagements may be subject to additional contractual requirements, compliance standards, and data handling provisions as specified in the applicable agreement or Statement of Work.

6. Text Messaging Terms

If you separately consent to receive text messages from Althea Ra Consulting Corp, you may receive messages related to your inquiry, requested information, appointments, or services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
