CliftonStrengths® coaching and development

Understand Your Strengths. Transform How You Lead.

Your natural talents already shape how you lead, decide, build, and work with others. Strengths coaching helps you see those patterns clearly and use them on purpose, in your leadership, your business, your collaborations, and your personal growth.

Natasha Percival-Rawlins is a CliftonStrengths® Certified Coach, certified through Gallup. Strengths is one of several lenses she brings to leadership development, organizational transformation, and executive advisory, used where it adds real insight.

Understanding your strengths

Your natural talents are already shaping your work.

CliftonStrengths is a strengths-based framework developed by Gallup. It helps people identify their natural talents: the recurring patterns in how they think, feel, and behave. Those patterns are not a personality label and not a ceiling. They are a practical vocabulary for what you do well, how you do it, and why some work energizes you while other work drains you.

Once you can name those patterns, you can see their influence everywhere:

How you lead
How you make decisions
How your business operates
How you collaborate
How you relate to others

A working vocabulary, not a verdict.

What makes strengths useful is specificity. “Good with people” is hard to act on. Knowing that you build trust quickly but find it hard to hand a relationship to someone else is something you can design around.

Coaching sessions are built around your actual situation and your own language. They do not reproduce assessment materials or replace the assessment itself.

When a strength goes into overdrive

The same pattern that helps you succeed can create challenges when it is overused or applied without awareness. For example:

  • The drive that gets things finished can make it hard to slow down, delegate, or rest.
  • The care that builds trust can make it hard to let go of a relationship or a decision.
  • The thinking that sees every angle can delay action when a good-enough answer would do.

That is not a flaw to fix. It is a pattern to understand, so your strengths keep working for you.

The goal isn’t to change who you are. It’s to help you understand how you’re naturally wired, recognize when your strengths are working for you—or against you—and make more intentional choices about how you show up.

Three ways to work together

Start where strengths matter most to you.

Strengths work looks different for one person deciding what comes next, a team that needs to work as one, and a family that wants to understand each other better. Each is its own conversation.

Individual

Individual Strengths Coaching

For entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals who want to use their natural talents more deliberately.

  • Understand your results in plain language, applied to your real situation
  • See where your strongest patterns may be quietly costing you
  • Decide what to lean into and what to build support around
  • Connect your strengths to the decisions in front of you

Business and team

Business & Team Strengths Development

For business partners, co-founders, teams, and organizational leaders who need to work well together.

  • See the shape of the group, not just a stack of individual results
  • Find where strengths overlap and where nobody is covering
  • Give people shared language for friction that often feels personal
  • Clarify who does what, and why that fits

Family

Family Strengths Development

For families, couples, and parents who want to understand differences and communicate with less friction.

  • Understand why the same situation lands differently for each person
  • Separate a difference in natural talents from a difference in care
  • Give children and adults words for how they each work best
  • Build household patterns that fit the people in them

Family strengths development is coaching and education. It is not therapy, counseling, or a mental health service.
