Work of this kind is governed by these terms together with an accepted proposal or statement of work.

Which document applies to my engagement?

Advisory, consulting, coaching, strategic planning, and session-based work is governed by the Client Engagement & Advisory Terms. Work in which Althea Ra Consulting Corp. produces a defined deliverable is governed by the Project & Implementation Terms together with the applicable proposal or statement of work. Where a single engagement includes both, the applicable proposal or statement of work states which portions are governed by which document.
